Welcome to the Perimeter Walk page! You have connected to what we believe is the only project of its kind on the Internet. All the work here is by Prisoners residing at HMP Channings Wood in Newton Abbot, England. The main aim of the project is to provide a link between the outside and inside. We want to show that some prisoners are thinking, intelligent, articulate people capable of making use of their time via creative methods.

The work that you can access here covers a variety of angles and styles but it is merely a taster of the talent to be found in any prison. We hope that you will enjoy what we have to say and that you will read with a mind uninhibited by the fact that this work has come from somewhere which you may frown upon.
